Homoeopathy has no side effects, but it should be prescribed by Registered Medical Practitioners. The treatment is aimed at increasing the resistance of the patient so that the person can fight against the disease by increasing his own healing power and then the body overcomes the disease. Secondly the quantity of the medicine is so minimal that, it can only stimulate the body's healing power, not act against it.
Duration of the treatment depends on the illness as well as the severity of disease, hereditary or genetic causes. In general, a slowly developing or long standing complaints takes longer time to cure than acute one.

The homoeopathic medicines are usually in liquid only few drops are necessary for treatment, so these few drops are put on pills. The pills are only a medium for dispencing a medicine.
Definitely yes. Homoeopathy has wonderful remedies that give prompt relief in acute cases like fever, cough, cold, diarrhea, headache etc.
No. If patient has shifted to homoeopathy in the middle of an allopathic course, it is advisable not to discontinue abruptly. It should be tapered gradually once the patient improves but this should be done in consultation with the treating physician. In some cases where other medicine cannot be discontinued, both medicine have to be continued for the benefit of the patient. The treatment should be planned and properly implemented by the physician.
Yes the patient is only advised to avoid eating or drinking 30 minutes before and after taking homoeopathy medication. One has to avoid coffee, raw onion, raw garlic, menthol, nicotine as these can hinder the action of the homoeopathy medicines.

Your first diet consultation will require around 45 minutes to 1 hour and subsequent consultation will take 15 minutes.

We don’t guarantee any number of KGs because weight loss depends on many factors like, how you follow your diet plan, your age, medical history, your activity levels.
But based on our past experience you can lose 1 to 3 kgs per month, if one follows diet plan properly.
Along with following the diet, we strongly recommend at least 30 - 45 minutes of physical activity daily.

You can maintain your weight by adopting healthy lifestyle which includes eating healthy food, eating at right time, doing regular physical activity, taking 7 to 8 hours of sound sleep altogether will help you to maintain your weight.
This is depends on how much weight you need to lose, it also depends upon your medical history.
